For example, there are less low documentation loan options for older trucks than there are for new truck loans. Another big misconception is that banks won’t finance old trucks; this is un-true. Generally, most banks will consider older vehicles but may require more information on the condition of the asset itself, and in some instances may request it be financed over a shorter term.
